Sylvester Consulting can provide support based on a need basis or you can have the assurance of a support plan. The Support Plan is only available for Timeslips Support.

Our Support Plan includes:

1Travel time is billable at half of the standard hourly rate, and other out of pocket expenses such as mileage, parking, etc, are also chargeable. Payment for the initial visit is due during the first visit and net 10 day terms are allowed on subsequent visits.
